"BTT" is a "Craft Beer Bar" with a "scratch Kitchen".

We have a rotating list of 48 great craft beers (highly focused on beers from the east coast especially some of those hard to find ones), and our scratch kitchen serves creative and unique dishes with flavors that pair well with high quality beer.  In addition, we serve great wines and cocktails., an extensive selection of boutique and hard to find bourbons,

We are currently open

- Monday (private Parties and Special Events)

- Tuesday through Friday (Dinner only).

- Saturday (Dinner only but soon opening for Lunch/Brunch as well)

- Sunday (currently closed but soon opening for Lunch/Brunch/Dinner) 

We are seeking a highly motivated and hospitality driven individual who is eager to learn and be part of a successful team.

What are the Minimum Experience and Other Requirements?

  • Floor Server must be 18+, have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and have at least 6 months experience as a Server in a busy, full-service restaurant/bar.
  • Bar Server must be 21+, have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and have at least 6 months experience as a Bartender in a busy full-service restaurant/bar. In addition, Staff trained to the Bar must be comfortable Serving on the Floor and working with the entire team.

Line Cook

$14 to $20 / hour

We are seeking highly motivated and hospitality driven individual to be part of a successful team.

If you are an experienced Line Cook that is dedicated to providing exceptional food and excellent guest service and the skills to develop and manage a kitchen crew, please apply for consideration.

The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of cooking methods and be able to multi-task to round out our team. 

  • Have 2-4 years of scratch cooking experience
  • Have skills in multiple stations (Grill, Saute, Fry, Oven, Cold)
  • Be able to follow recipes and prepare "prep items" for their station and the kitchen as a whole
  • Have good work habits and follow standards (including sanitation, cleaning, set up and break down)
  • Enjoy food and working as a team
  • Be physically capable of standing for extended periods of time and performing continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.

Successful candidates will have a passion for food, knowledge of kitchen operations and desire to learn/grow.  An interest in craft beer and a "guest first" mindset are critical as well.
