Brewer's Tap & Table is looking for Sous Chef to assist the Chef the Culinary Operations.

Located on Moody St in Waltham, MA, BT&T has become a local favorite with a local/global menu that is both genuinely creative and fully approachable, 48 "craft beer" taps, an extensive selection of boutique wines and hard to find bourbons.

We are seeking highly motivated and hospitality driven individual to join the Culinary Team. If you are an experienced Sous Chef or a multi-station Line Cook that is looking to make the jump to Sous Chef, please apply for consideration.

SOUS CHEF CRITERIA:
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:
1. Significant Line Cook or Sous Chef experience in a comparable size operation [minimum $1.0 mm in annual food sales].
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Ability to implement and maintain company standards and systems.
5. Unrestricted work schedule. [work week expected to include nights and weekends and public holidays, etc.]

We are looking to add a positive, outgoing team member who cares about the products they are serving. We will provide the tools needed to make you successful, but you need to bring the high energy personality and work ethic to bring it all together.

- Monday & Tuesday  (private Parties and Special Events)

- Wednesday through Friday (Dinner only).

- Saturday & Sunday (Opening for Brunch/Dinner)

Server

Brewers Tap & Table is looking for an experienced Server / Bartender to join our team.

"BTT" is a "Craft Beer Bar", with a rotating list of 48 great craft beers highly focused on beers from the east coast (especially some of those hard to find ones).

And our scratch kitchen serves creative and unique dishes with flavors that pair well with high quality beer.

We also serve great wines and cocktails.

Brewer's Tap and Table is looking for an energetic worker to join our professional kitchen staff as a Dishwasher responsible for proper care of the dish machine and keeping a supply of clean dishware, glassware and utensils. Flexible scheduling is available for full-time and part-time work.

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You must be be physically capable of standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.

Line Cook - Chef Driven Cuisine

$18 to $22 / hour

We are seeking highly motivated and hospitality driven individual to be part of a successful team.

If you are an experienced Line Cook that is dedicated to providing exceptional food and excellent guest service and the skills to develop and manage a kitchen crew, please apply for consideration.

The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of cooking methods and be able to multi-task to round out our team. 

  • Have 2-4 years of Full Service Restaurant cooking experience, brunch experience takes preference
  • Have skills in multiple stations (Grill, Saute, Fry, Oven, Cold)
  • Be able to follow recipes and prepare "prep items" for their station and the kitchen as a whole
  • Have good work habits and follow standards (including sanitation, cleaning, set up and break down)
  • Enjoy food and working as a team
  • Be physically capable of standing for extended periods of time and performing continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.
