Brewer's Tap & Table is looking for Sous Chef to assist the Chef the Culinary Operations.
We are seeking highly motivated and hospitality driven individual to join the Culinary Team.
If you are an experienced Sous Chef or a multi-station Line Cook that is looking to make the jump to Sous Chef, please apply for consideration.
Ideal candidates will have several years of relevant kitchen experience, a passion for food, knowledge of kitchen operations and desire to learn/grow. An interest in craft beer and a "guest first" mindset are critical as well.

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:
1. Significant Line Cook or Sous Chef experience in a comparable size operation [minimum $1.0 mm in annual food sales].
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Ability to implement and maintain company standards and systems.
5. Unrestricted work schedule. [work week expected to include nights and weekends and public holidays, etc.]
